As a young African-American child, Nikeya enjoyed dressing her Barbie dolls, playing in her grandmother’s red lipstick and pretending she had her very own talk show. Little did Nikeya know her actions as a child led her to pursuing her dreams in entertainment and fashion.

Nikeya is presently attending the University of North Florida, where she is studying multimedia journalism. With her graduation date quickly approaching, she is not only determined but devoted to making a difference in her community. She spends plentiful hours volunteering at a local after-school program and upholding several leadership positions.

When she is not perfecting her craft, you can catch her recording and editing her channel videos on YouTube, where she features many internet sensations and talks about the latest trends!

She truthfully believes that given the chance women and girls can indeed change the world. She hopes that her background in journalism will aid her in conducting interviews, hosting community events and highlighting positive stories about female accomplishments.

Her best attribute is her ability and willingness to communicate, which beneficially, make her guests and topics feel comfortable, allowing them to develop genuine conversations with personality.
